I have to say that Tom was not only a great realtor to work with but he was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tom’s knowledge of the market and industry allowed us to sell our house within 48 hours, before a sign was even placed at the house. Tom was our real estate agent in 2017 when we bought our first home. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and helped answer all our annoying first time home buyer questions. We spent a lot of time with him trying to figure out what we really wanted and looked an a bunch of different houses. Once he got the feel for what we were actually looking for, we found a house and put in an offer, which was accepted. We found a great house that we absolutely love. Fast forward several years and we found ourselves needing to move for family and work. We couldn't bring ourselves to sell the house so we decided to try renting it. Tom was our first call. Tom helped us come to a price, set the house up for showings, got pictures done, found the tenants, drafted the lease, and did the walk through and key hand-off. Long story short: would we call Tom again? Absolutely (and we will). He's very knowledgeable, responsive, and empathetic. He's the smart choice when looking for an agent.

Tom is very easy to work as he has a friendly attitude and is also very punctual. He works around your schedule, is very responsive and does a great job getting you into any home you want to see. The best part of working with Tom is he is very honest. He isn't going to sugarcoat anything to make a sale, if the house or neighborhood has flaws or needs repairs/updates he is going to point them out and keep working with you until you find the perfect place you are looking for.
